前文
わたしたちメタバースの住民は、
安心でわくわくする世界をみんなで守って、
ずっと仲良く楽しく暮らすことをここに約束するのだなあ。
第1章 基本原則
第1条 尊厳と平等
すべてのアバターは、見た目や能力や持ち物に関係なく平等なのだ。
第2条 自由と責任
おしゃべりや創作は自由なのだ。
でも、他の人を悲しませることはしちゃダメなのだよ。
第3条 自治と共存
街やギルドは自由に運営してOKなのだ。
でも、みんなの平和はちゃんと守るのだなあ。
第2章 経済と資産
第4条 デジタル資産の保護
NFTや仮想通貨や土地は大事な宝物なのだ。
正しい持ち主だけが使えるのだなあ。
第5条 公正な経済活動
お買い物や取引は自由なのだ。
でも、ズルや詐欺は絶対ダメなのだ。
第3章 安全とモラル
第6条 安全な交流
みんなが安心しておしゃべりできる場所にするのだ。
ハラスメントや脅しはお断りなのだなあ。
第7条 年齢と健全性
年齢制限のあるコンテンツはちゃんと区別するのだ。
第4章 文化と創造
第8条 創作物の尊重
作ったものは作者の大事な宝物なのだ。
許可なく使ったり変えたりしちゃダメなのだなあ。
第9条 文化交流の推進
現実とメタバースの文化が出会うのは素敵なことなのだ。
第5章 改正
第10条 憲法改正
この憲法は、みんなの投票やDAOの合意で変えられるのだよ。

We, the residents of the Metaverse,
promise to protect a safe and exciting world,
and to live together happily and in harmony forever.
Chapter 1: Basic Principles
Article 1: Dignity & Equality
All avatars are equal, no matter their looks, abilities, or belongings.
Article 2: Freedom & Responsibility
Talking and creating are free,
but don’t do things that make others sad.
Article 3: Autonomy & Coexistence
Towns and guilds can be run freely,
but always keep the peace for everyone.
Chapter 2: Economy & Assets
Article 4: Protection of Digital Assets
NFTs, cryptocurrency, and land are precious treasures,
and only their rightful owners can use them.
Article 5: Fair Economic Activity
Shopping and trading are free,
but cheating or scamming is never allowed.
Chapter 3: Safety & Morals
Article 6: Safe Interactions
Let’s make this a place where everyone feels safe to chat.
No harassment or threats allowed.
Article 7: Age & Well-being
Content with age restrictions must be clearly separated.
Chapter 4: Culture & Creation
Article 8: Respect for Creations
Creations are the creator’s treasures.
Don’t use or change them without permission.
Article 9: Promotion of Cultural Exchange
It’s wonderful when real-world and metaverse cultures meet.
